I'm Jim Nagle of Nagle Company. I've been a recruiter, trainer of recruiters, agency
manager and/or proprietor my entire 30 year career. The last 15 years exclusively in the service of foundries and foundry professionals .Like most foundrymen I know, I love and am fanatic about what I do for a
living- arrive early-leave late-attempt at least two days work EVERY day. Like many of you, my formal academic preparation was completed via night school, graduating from Marquette University, Class of '79, with
majors in marketing and finance.
My wife and business partner Marilyn and I have been married about as long as I've been a recruiter and we have 3 adult children, one still in college.
When not working., I am
obsessive about golf, and am pretending to learn to play guitar.
